Many states have consumer protection laws that specify how you must notify your annual membership customers of an upcoming credit card renewal.From Florida's 501.165 Automatic renewal of service contracts:
"A seller that sells or offers to sell any service to a consumer pursuant to a service contract the term of which is a specified period of 12 months or more and that automatically renews for a specified period of more than 1 month, unless the consumer cancels the contract, shall provide the consumer with written or electronic notification of the automatic renewal provision. AutoPayHero is a software tool designed to assist businesses in managing and automating recurring billing processes. While we aim to provide tools to support compliance with customer notification requirements for recurring credit card transactions, we do not guarantee or warrant compliance with any state or federal law.2. Compliance Responsibility
It is solely the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that their business practices and use of AutoPayHero comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to laws governing subscription billing, automatic renewals, and consumer notifications.AutoPayHero does not provide legal advice and makes no representations or warranties regarding your compliance obligations under laws such as the Federal Trade Commission’s rules on automatic renewals or state-specific statutes (e.g., Florida Statute §501.165).3. No Liability for Non-Compliance AutoPayHero expressly disclaim any liability for a Customer’s failure to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements regarding credit card subscription billing, recurring charges, or consumer notifications.By using our services, you agree that you will not hold AutoPayHero liable for any fines, penalties, losses, or damages arising from your non-compliance, whether due to your actions, omissions, or misinterpretation of the law.4. Customer Obligation to Verify Compliance
You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with qualified legal counsel and regularly review your compliance processes. This includes verifying that:Appropriate notifications are being sent to your customers;The timing, content, and format of those notifications meet legal requirements;Opt-in and cancellation procedures are properly documented and followed.5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoPayHero, including its owners, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:Your failure to comply with any law or regulation;Your misuse of the AutoPayHero platform;Any claims made by your customers related to billing practices or notification procedures.6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPayHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

Refund Policy
Effective July 19, 2025AutoPayHero ("we," "us," or "our") provides services on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts or commitments. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following refund policy:1. Monthly Billing
Our services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or partial credits for any reason, including if you cancel your service before the end of your billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will be discontinued. You will not be billed again unless you reactivate your subscription.4. Responsibility
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
